Tracy Nettles career in financial services began over 16 years ago with the North Shore Credit Union. During this time she developed her financial expertise, which allowed her to cater to the unique needs of her clients over a wide range of investment plans and strategies. Tracy became the person her clients trusted and respected, creating long term relationships which expanded into her addressing all their banking requirements. As a Branch Manager for over 6 years she decided she would prefer to represent the best interests of her clients vs. those of the Institution. Having always had a special interest in Mortgages, it became a natural transition for Tracy to enhance her career by becoming an Independent / Professional Mortgage Broker.
Tracy values the community she lives in and is an active member of the West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Mortgage Brokers Association and an Executive Director within the North Shore Coho Society.
